MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited), a leading real estate developer known for projects like The Forestias, has announced a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sinphaet Hospital Group, a large private hospital network, to jointly elevate health care standards and create a sustainable living community for residents in all MQDC projects.

The signing ceremony was honored by Ms. Nichada Pornsrisangwan, Senior Marketing Director of MQDC, along with representatives from Sinphaet Hospital Group, including Ms. Panida Panupattanapong and Mr. Phet Panupattanapong, company directors, who signed the agreement to promote well-being for residents through internationally recognized medical services.

Under this collaboration, MQDC residents will receive medical benefits when utilizing services at participating Sinphaet hospitals, including Sinphaet Hospital, Sinphaet Children's Hospital, Sinphaet Serirak, Sinphaet Theparak, Sinphaet Srinakarin, and Sinphaet Lam Luk Ka. Residents will enjoy discounts on outpatient (OPD) services, with a 10% discount on medication when paying in cash and 7.5% when using a credit card. For inpatient (IPD) services, they will receive a 10% discount on room and medication costs when paying in cash and 7.5% when using a credit card.

In addition to medical benefits, both organizations plan to jointly organize health promotion activities in the future, such as health education, basic health check-ups, and preventive health care activities within the community to foster a truly supportive environment for good health.
